Just in case anyone did not notice, pics are down again and all my listings end in 15 min.

mine just went down too. i am still getting all 5 cars though. that doesn't make sense.

The pics on the new site are down, but the old auctiva poster pics are still there. They must be on different servers. Thanks Auctiva for another free day ending goofup. Please get them back up quick, I have a bunch of auctions ending.

Can somebody please recommend another listing sight? I just had 8 items end without pictures. I need to post tonight but of course I can't.

This is getting ridiculous. I'm trying to get my business ramped up but having no pics on my listings is not helping...not to mention the crapload of emails I get from potential bidders asking me why they can't see the darn things. IT makes my business look bad.
Free is great, but only if it works.

I wouldn't recommend vendio. I didn't have much luck with their company. They tried to continue to bill me after I cancelled, etc.
Kind of expensive once all the costs get added.

I get the car pics too. It isn't your pc, it is Auctiva. I get emails from bidders asking what is wrong with my pics everytime this happens.

Yuck!!! I'm going back to ebay, I realy have no choice and I hate giving them any more money but I have to list tonight. Oh well, it's been nice (most of the time).

this is definetly it for me. i absolutely love everything about Auctiva except they don't seem to be able to keep the image servers running.

They say freeloaders can't be whiners but now, I would rather pay for a service and expect top notch service. It sorta gives me 'rights' to curse the hell out of their contact center agents (where ever in the world they are) or demand credits for the downtime once my service gets interuppted like this. Man, It's darn too frequent.

What is the eta this time? And...why don't we get a straight answer as to what the problem is and what is being done about it. ?

All auction images should be loading again and the store window has been temporarily disabled to ensure that it will continue to stay that way.

We hope to have these features working in harmony again as soon as possible but, at this point, I do not have an ETA.
