I have already changed my ebay ID just a few days after I signed in auctiva. Auctiva ID is still the same as my old eBay ID. I want to change it... Is that possible? Thanks

You must file a support request to change your Auctiva username. In the support request, please include what you would like your new username to be. You can file a request on the help page at the bottom..Hope this helps you, William
