Hi, I don't have any pictures on ebay and my items are starting to end!! In the help section, it siad if there is a red X that the images are not loaded so I reloaded them but still no pictures. Help...any suggestions?

It could just be your machine...can you leave a link to one of the auctions so we can see if they are showing for us? Thanks, William

Hi Westvatexan, I went to your "my items" link for ebay and don't see your pics either...

Hey guys - I was just reading another thread and I think maybe this is the issue...

Auctiva uses a "middleman" kind of program, called an API, to "play nice" with eBay - basically, it enables us to make the auctions we create here on auctiva translate to being posted on eBay.

eBay, as usual, is throwing its corpulent weight around and giving our Auctiva a hard time about linking up with that API program...as a result, a lot of listing-type stuff is down.

Hope this sheds a lil light, anyway.

Hi, I am not even seeing thumbnail images on my auctiva images page...am I doing something wrong? I have never had this happen before. I have used ebays sellers assistant for years and never had trouble but they are discontinuing that service so I have been using auctiva. I like it but now this is becoming a hassel, which I don't need. I'm trying to be patient but if its me...I just want to know how to fix it. Thanks for the encouragement! J

You guys are awesome!!! I have never cleared my cache before so that must have been the problem. That done, I restarted my computer and success...I can see my pictures. I am not a computer person so its a wonder I can do any of this stuff. Thanks so much for all your help!!! Jan

I am also having no pictures. In addition, my listings are loading VERY SLOWLY. I have flushed my cashe already

I've not had any problems, but that doesn't mean that you're not.

My photos are not showing on certain listing either. It has nothing to do with the Ebay API once the listing is active on their site. If this is typical of Auctiva, it has no value even if they pay users.

Pictures showing in auctions. I didn't check my 500+ auctions but a good percentage that I did check...the pics are showing.

Please consider the suggestions that are placed on this thread for viewing pics. Dumping cache, history, temp files and rebooting.

I'm sorry you're experiencing this problem.

I've been with Auctiva for a year and Auctiva is of value to me...great value.

Also, when there's a question about whether or not rest of world can see your images, be sure to go to this thread http://community.auctiva.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/838609941/m/4511034421 and do a forced refresh of the page. If you can see all 5 pics, it means that the images are being served, which means that unless there's a connection down on internet somewhere between auctiva and customer (such as a DNS problem with customer's ISP or customer's ISP not properly connecting out to entire internet for some other reason), they should be able to see images.

And, you can also post an item number so that others can check and see if they can see the images. Will help to pinpoint the problem.
