Hello. Can someone tell me why, suddenly, I can't view pics thru Ebay from past auctions? I have already contacted Ebay & it's nothing on their end. They say it's from the Auctiva site. Please, if you know anything at all about this, I am desperate...

Just to cover all the bases...

You still have the photo's in your folders with Auctiva, right?

I know it's the same old song and dance, but have you dumped your cache, history, temporary files and more then done a clean reboot.

If these auctions were created through Auctiva, the answer is usually that the photos have been deleted from Auctiva.

However, if they weren't created here then there's no telling what the answer is.

I think you may be on to something, Rick. I did delete some images, not knowing that deleting them from Auctiva would also delete them from Ebay. Any way to recover these deleted images?

I think that is the problem. I have deleted some images from my Auctiva imported images folder. I didn't realize that it would also delete them from Ebay. I'm trying to find out if there is an easy way to recover these images/files.

Yes, those images have to be stored in order for Auctiva to place them in your auctions.

Maybe the pics are still on a server with Auctiva and haven't been purged.

Hi guys -

Just thought I would throw in a little more info. Once you delete images, Auctiva "saves" them for a few days before we dump them completely. That way if you accidentally deleted something, you can recover it.

The "View Deleted Images" link is at the bottom of the Image Management page and if it hasn't been very long, you might find your deleted images waiting to be recovered

I tried that but it's been more than 7 days...so I'm out of luck there.
I contacted Auctiva Support and they checked also. No pics.
Oh well...I'll just consider it a lesson learned...the hard way! lol
I do appreciate everyone's help tho. I'm new to Auctiva so it's kind of a work in progress for me. It's nice to know that there is a forum where I can come for help if/when I need it.
