Hi Folks

Now it's my turn to loose images.

My store window and the other image problems of the last few weeks seem to have been sorted.

EXCEPT now all the images have gone from one of my image folders *Marvel Comics* there were 7 or 8 pics in there.

I have 3 listings for marvel comics (nos 6624913328, 6624905019, 6624902133) no pictures.

The urls for those pictures are:

I'm glad these aren't high value auctions. But even so what a waste of time having to dig out the above info. and the thought of having to police all my listings to make sure the pictures are showing.

I will think about using ebay hosting for single image listings (like somebody mentioned on another thread) and Auctiva for multiple image.

The dilema here is that I use multiple images for high value auctions!!!!

I look forward to this being sorted and to image hosting being consistently reliable.

Now the curious thing is that these missing pictures have now shown up on my store window and in my auctiva store

so I know they are not lost completely

I'd just rather my use of them was not censored

I have sent in a support request - more on that as in happens

Ah the missing picture capor. I relisted 3 items and the pics did show up on Ebay but they are missing from my store window, the store and the active listings. Any help would be appreciated.

I just intiated a command to create your missing Auctiva store/store window images, and you should be able to see the results within 30 minutes or so. I also passed this report over to our engineering department for further investigation.

Not sure if I'm doing something wrong but everytime I relist an item, the image thumbnail disapears. Seems this only happens with relisted items. Am I missing something? The image does show up on Ebay but it doesn't show in my active listings nor does it appear in my store... Any help would be appreciated.

I just intiated a command to create your missing Auctiva store/store window images, and you should be able to see the results within 30 minutes or so.

The issue of Auctiva store/store window images not being generated automatically when items are relisted has been verified as a "bug" and will be corrected with our next site release, which will take place later this week.
