Hello, I have recently listed through Auctiva. This is not my first listing but on this one when people go to Pay Now via PayPal it redirects them to Auctiva and makes them pay in USD, the other problem is if the item is £5.00 in total it is only asking them for $5.00 which is obviously not enough to cover the transaction.

Can anyone advise

OK,s a silly question but sometimes it's the simple things under our noses that we miss...

Did you list through Ebay dot com (U.S. site) by accident? A link to the closed auction would certainly help.

Well..I'm really stumped! Maybe you're Ebay preferences are not correctly set?? I would check prefs both in ebay and paypal...when I click on another country, ANY country, down under the listing in the Postage and Packaging section, the shipping price does not change (and it's supposed to).
I'm sorry I'm not more help. And the worst thing is that you cannot ask for more shipping after the sale (you can be reported for that). If you don't get a satisfactory answer here, maybe contact Auctiva support. Choo Choo Guy would probably know the answer to this but he's already gone for today...

BTW BEAUTIFUL listings, very colorful and nicely put together. Sorry I can't be of more help Frown

Hi Community,

This issue was due to a change eBay made that caused Auctiva Checkout to be added to relisted eBay UK listings when that normally would not have happened. We just implemented a change to account for this change in behavior at about 5 PM PT last night, so any eBay UK listing relisted after that time should not be affected by this problem.

Any additional questions or concerns? Please file a support request using the appropriate link on our help page: http://www.auctiva.com/free-auction-software-help/help.aspx

I sell books on half.com and like the Paypal feature. There are some things I want to sell on ebay and wonder if I use Auctiva will I still be able to use the Paypal shipping label feature? This saves me tons of time and waiting at the post office.

Yes you can. Payments still go through PayPal so you can still use it's shipping label feature.
