Sometimes it takes Auctiva a little time to update the sales records. Are we allowed to buy insurance AFTER we purchase a shipping label?

Yes, you can purchase Auctiva Shipping Insurance after printing your shipping label...just be sure not to purchase insurance from the shipping label service if you plan on purchasing Auctiva Shipping Insurance.

Our system allows you to add insurance to an item for up to 48 hours after an item has been paid for. However, if you cannot do so because the transaction is taking too long to import to your Sales(tab) -> Transactions page, please file a support request using the appropriate link on our help page and our friendly support staff will assist you with your insurance purchase:
