Does anyone know why, after submitting my returns policy to my checkout profile, I'm still getting notes from Auctiva on everything I post, telling me Ebay will make changes in 2009 and I will have to abide by their new policy by quoting my returns policy? I'm unsure what else I can do to stop these notices from appearing.
