Sorry, I'm new. I'm having this weird problem and am trouble shooting, and wanted to rule out auctiva's checkout from the list of possible reasons for the problem. We just got my first payment from a customer in an ebay store I'm helping with. We got notification of the payment in my email account from paypal, saying to claim the money. The money isn't showing up in the balance though. I have used a personal ebay account before and sold things, the money coming in was a smooth process in these cases. With this ebay store I'm working on though, I'm using auctiva. This could very easily be a coincidence, but I'm having to stab in the dark a bit here. Anyone else had this problem?

You will probably have to call paypal. They are having a major glitch with this right now, see here:

FYI - We're still having problems at our store. Sent support tickets into eBay, PayPal, and Auctiva. Trying to hut down the error.

this has also happened to me a couple of times, paypal have reported problems with echeque payments and you will receive the email to claim the money, there is no need to complete any forms the echeque will clear as normal.
