I am new to this service, and it would seem I have at least 2 cases of people paying for insurance here, but it's not quite showing up. Doesn't seem to be any way to contact anyone at Auctiva for help, does there? If anyone has any insight on some hidden support email or why insurance isn't showing up if already paid for, would appreciate it! Thank-you!

Hello DSCW133,

The way to check on insurance transactions is to go to your Auctiva Homepage and click on My Account > Auctiva Shipping Insurance Settings > View Transactions

In this window you will see date it was purchased, how much it cost 'YOU' (your cost), and the eBay item number.

Now if you want to send the insurance summary to your customer (which I do all the time), click on your tab that says Sales > Transactions

Here you will see on the right side three links:

Checkout Details
Add or View Insurance
Email Buyer

If someone bought insurance it will say 'View' insurance.

Click on View Insurance to get to new window

Now in this screen you can print a copy for your records if you want and at the very bottom you can 'SEND MAIL' to your customer with their insurance summary.

Now if the customer wants insurace but didn't use Auctiva's checkout, then you can buy insurance manually and it will have the same effect.

Customer support can be found on our help page. There is a link to the help page at the top right corner of every page on our site.

We don't do email support.

Thnx 4 ur response. Scoured the help pg. b4. Nothing to address my issue, no one to contact to get to root of my problem--why doesn't reflect insurance supposedly paid. Frustrating.

dscw133, here's how you contact someone:

Click the "Help" link at the above right of the page. On the lower right side of the Help page, there's a section that says "Customer Support", with a link that says "File a support case". That's the one you want.
