I was getting the Api error about weight major and weight minor..
I noticed that i had a balance that needed to be paid towards my insurance.. it showed disabled with balance due.. so i went and paid the balance so i can continue to get the insurance discount..

I went into each of my listings that were not listing over to ebay and.. this is what i did..

All my settings for shipping was how i wanted it to be... But i added the dimensions of the package and reset my insurance a optional for domestic.. then i listed the item with no problem..
