I see on multiple posts that I can buy Auctiva insurance for USPS First Class Intl mail. This is good!

I'm unable to find whether a USPS Return Receipt could be bought to track it.

Their website does state Return Receipts are only available for insured Priority Intl pkgs, however, is this only because they don't offer insurance for First Class Int'l, or are their Return Receipts just not usable for First Class Intl period?

If so, or either way, can someone offer any alternatives for tracking First Class Intl mail?

I'd like to offer it to customers as a less expensive alternative to Priority Intl, but would want to be able to confirm they received it.

A return receipt isn't tracking, and will not help you in the case of a PayPal "item not received" dispute.

Auctiva's insurance can be purchased without needing tracking.
