Does anyone happen to know this error and what I can do to change it? I have customers waiting to pay.

The error is as follows: error 1002 stating "unable to get item transaction from ebay using seller token"

Any help would be appreciated.

The first thing I would do is file a support request, using the help button.

Next, get paid! For the time being, send your buyers a Paypal invoice.
Log into PP
Click on Request Money
Click Ebay Items subtab
Fill out form
You'll need their email addys and item numbers
Send PP invoice

-OR-

You can give them instructions on how to pay you directly through PP:
Buyer would click on Send Money
Ebay Items subtab
fill out form and pay. They will need your e-mail addy

This message is displayed to buyers if your token has expired or if your token has been invalidated. Please log into your Auctiva account and go to MY ACCOUNT > SETTINGS > EBAY SETTINGS and click on the "Get New Token" link to update your eBay token on Auctiva.
