Hi I have a buyer that purchase 2 items from me. I sent her a "mock" combined invoice, since Auctiva doesn't offer that by putting the second purchase as a extra seller charge. She still cannot checkout with that invoice. So, I sent her 2 seperate invoices, one with the shipping total and one with no shipping and she is STILL unable to checkout. One of the items doesn't even show up as being completed on Auctiva's website (auction ended yesterday), even when I tell it to upload current info from eBay. What should I do?

How did you send these other invoices?

Through PayPal you should be able to either send an invoice or "Request Money" -- assuming that's how they're paying. If they're paying with a credit card, I'm not sure..
