I have one buyer that has bought more than 6 items from me. I emailed him a set amount for insurance coverage for the whole lot of items. However, the Auctiva checkout charged me for each item, since insurance was required per item. Works okay if your selling one item to a person, but when you sell two or more items, and you preselcted the insurance when you listed the items, Auctiva's checkout insurance program eats your profits away by having to much insurance. 6 x 1.05 = 6.30. How do I cancel, the insurance for select/all for these Auctions through Activa, so I can refund the overcharge of insurance? Also, due to a misunderstanding in checkout, I unknowingly added extra insurance (thinking that this was where I set up my insurance) that I need to cancel as well from all of my auctions as I am way over paying for the insurance. Any help from Auctiva support would be greatful.
