Hi everyone, Im new to this site and am trying to create my first listing but in the payment details it keeps coming up with Americian Express as a payment option but I havent ticked that box! I tried changing it over and over but it wont so I tried ticking it and it came up again! IS this normal

Hi Fiona - This is not definitely not normal. I would start a new "test" listing, without the lengthy description that you probably worked so hard on, just to see if the error is repeated. If it is ok, then just re-do your listing and chalk it up to a "glitch". If the error is repeated, I would submit a support request. There is a link for this on the Help page.
