Hello,
I shipped something to Australia last month with insurance but I'm not too sure how to go about starting a claim. The person said they haven't received it yet and they're getting pretty agitated.
There's no tracking overseas, so I can't check that way.

There is insurance on the product, but I'm just not sure how I go about proving that I shipped it.
I have a credit card receipt saying that I shipped something to Australia on 9/11/06, but is that enough?

They have phone, email, and live chat support available and will be able to help you initiate the filing of your insurance claim. The credit card receipt should suffice as "Proof of Carrier Payment" which is one of the requirements for filing a claim.
