I searched for this topic and couldn't seem to find it anywhere. Is there a way to actually mark an item PAID on the transaction screen? We also take payments over the phone, usually when Auctivas checkout isnt working again, and I get en ERROR when I try to mark it Paid. Any help would be great. Thanks
Unfortunately, there is not currently a method by which you can mark items paid for which your buyers did not go through checkout. However, our engineering department is looking into a future solution to this problem.
