Hello I am not an auctiva employee but I may be able to help with this. If in your settings, if you have it that the buyer can alter or change amounts (I believe it is a check box) then your buyer could have changed the amount from 5.05 to 3.00 before they checked out. You can make it so the buyer cannot change any amounts during checkout.

Here it is, its under checkout settings: Allow buyer to edit total amount Yes if you have the yes checkbox checked then the bidder can edit the total amount, including the shipping amount. if you have yes checked then I would almost bet it was the bidder that changed the amount before checking out and not an auctiva glitch. if yes is NOT checked in your settings then it could be something that was on ebays end. I read here in the forum ebay had some type of glitch but fixed it.

While you are free to use whatever method you choose, most who have been with Auctiva for a while would probably recommend that you don't use Auctiva Checkout.

Did you unclick the checkbox in your account settings? If you did so after listing the auctions, then those auctions will still go through Auctiva Checkout, but any listed afterward will go through eBay checkout. If absolutely necessary, you could always cancel the auctions, I guess, if there are no bids, and there are more than 12 hours left. You'll lose your listing fees, though.
