hi, okay, I am trying to add funds to pay for auctiva insurance using this link www.auctiva.com/account/payment.aspx... however, when I click it, I receive error page that says internet explorer is unable to view this page. I have turned my firewall off and have run diagnostics. It says I should be able to view this page. I need to ship packages today and don't know how to pay for the insurance. Need help please.
