All my listings state "insurance required" and have had no problems up until last nite. When customers go to pay, there is no insurance on the invoices. Says "insurance not offered". I double-checked the invoices in question and all were issued with the insurance visible and available. Now they want to know how to pay for insurance when they remit since nearly all my items are glassware. I started sending the invoices thru PayPal today but don't like doing that since it's just another step I shouldn't have to get involved in. Is there a problem, or are all my customers suddenly missing something?
