I really hope someone can help. The winning bidders of some items I sold on ebay yesterday tried to pay me & were directed to Auctiva secure checkout. When they went to pay, Auctiva was maing them pay in Dollars. I have never had this problem before. Why is that happening? The invoice I sent them all was definately in £'s, not Dollars. The auctions were defiantely £'s, not dollars. I listed on UK ebay, not US ebay. My settings in Auctiva were definately UK. I had selected Auctiva secure checkout but this is the first time this has happened. Is there something wrong with Auctiva?
I have checked everything I possibly can but I can not see that its my fault.
PLEASE PLEASE HELP, its so frustrating!

This issue was due to a change eBay made that caused Auctiva Checkout to be added to relisted eBay UK listings when that normally would not have happened. We recently implemented some changes to account for eBay's change in behavior, so any eBay UK listing relisted after that time (6 Mar, 1:00 GMT) should not be affected by this problem.
