Hi, I had a buyer that selected payment via MO, but changed their mind and decided to pay via Credit card. Since they already completed checkout, Auctiva wouldn't let him pay via credit card. Is there any way (Short of opening a ticket every time) to change the payment status so they can pay with the credit card? I have had this happen a few times now and it would be a big help.

This is probably a dumb question, but did unmarking the item as payment sent in Ebay have any effect?
