I need to purchase insurance for a Int sale. The item is paid for and I would like to ship today, but can't until I buy insurance. I sent a email to the help desk and was told they were going to forward my email onto the senior officers ??? to help me, whats that about.

Can you just pull my recent sold items in from ebay so that I can buy the ins please.
