I know our insurance transactions are visible here on Auctiva, and that we're able to print them. Is there anyway to get a receipt by mail? How about a copy of the receipt that I have sent to the customer? If not, these would be nice adds. Thanks ~Dee

I got no replies so for anyone else who doesn't know, I JUST figured this out yesterday. Go to the SALES tab --> Custom Email Templates, then check the "Default Insurance Summary" to "Modify" it. Within here you can check the little box at the bottom noted "CC yourself this email". And of course you can also customize a few templates of you own. Best,
