Hi, I just wanted to let you know what happened to me on my auctions last weekend and hopefully help someone avoid the same problem.
About middle way through my auctions, I decided I didnt want to use Auctiva's checkout because of not being able to combine shipping. Anyway, I turned it off. When you turn it off in the middle of an auction, active listings will still go through auctivas checkout.
So when my auctions ended they went through checkout and for some reason it added my $1.00 handling fee twice to every item. Man o Man...it took me two days of refunding one dollar to all that purchased through ebay, and on one of the auctions, it did not even add the shipping and on another one the guy wouldnt pay till I made it right. Well it showed correctly to me but when he would go through checkout it was still a dollar more so I had to decrease the shipping a dollar so it would come out right when he went through checkout..lol. I just wanted to let you know what you might be able to expect if you turn off auctiva's checkout middle way through active auctions. Thanks
