Hi, Combined invoicing requires combined shipping rules for Flat and/or Calculated shipping, which are setup at ebay. Those are setup in the eBay account Site Preferences. Once you have combined rules, you sync them to Auctiva using the link for that purpose in the Auctiva eBay settings at the My Account tab. When you use the Auctiva lister, check for any settings (check boxes) in the Shipping section for use of combined (it may no longer be there or necessary, but always check). Any chance you are mixing Flat and Calculated shipping on Invoices that won't combine? Do you have links or listing numbers for two that won't combine? Danno

How do you uncombine? Are you talking about on Auctiva or on Ebay?

Do you have some items that were added to eBay before you starting using Auctiva? I think this problem only occurs when they buy items that were both submitted through Auctiva and some items were not submitted through Auctiva. That might also explain why it only happens on some of your sales.
I had this same problem and contacted eBay and they told me that my items that were submitted through Auctiva would not combine with items that were submitted through other means.
I have found 2 ways around it: 1. If they plan to pay by PayPal, I go to PayPal directly and send them an invoice, listing all of the item numbers. 2. I put the non-combining auctions in the shipping total and let the customer know about it. The total comes out the same and I just manually go to eBay to mark the items as paid.
