I am still unable to get rid of the Auctiva checkout. When my customers click the Pay button, they go to Auctiva's version of checkout and pay. They don't want to do this. How can I change the system to do it the old way? Eight sales are bottlenecked, and buyers cannot get through the Auctiva checkout. They are getting cranky. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

[edited title: OK, Ths is starting to get ridiculous!]

Hi George. I think this is what you want to do. When you sign in, click on My Account (upper right hand corner), look for preferences and click on Checkout Settings, then UNCHECK yes. Hope this will help you.

OK. Uncheck Yes. Yes is bad. No is good. I think I got it. No is good. BAAAAAAAD to do a Yes in this instance. No Yes's, but a big fat Yes to a No. No is the way to go. No is what it will be.

OK, I think I got the hang of it. No was the way to check it. Yes was not the way to check it. The checking was No and not Yes. Yes was the incorrect checking, but No was the correct checking. So to sum up, a No is the way that this setup should be done, with the understanding that a Yes will result in the improper setup. No and not Yes. Yes to No. Not the other way around.
