A while back Auctiva apparently wasn't set up right and was having a computer glich (I was told this by auctiva help staff) when I sold an item that "REQUIRED" insuriance, insuriance was NOT collected. We paid for to insure the package out of pocket.
Was this ever resolved in any way? Did auctiva ever pay anyones insuriance?

Give it a try and find out. There aren't any message posts about that in over a month. If you're relisting items through eBay they don't go through our checkout and then the buyers could possibly change things on eBays checkout or paypal.
