#1....i can't login to auctiva but i can login here... #2...my customer says the checkout is taking her thru auctiva checkout??...i don't understand because i am a newbie..is this UNnormal?
ok i thought maybe last night there was some trouble with auctiva and possibly that was the reason why i couldn't log in...now here it is the next morning and i still can only login here, but not into my regular auctiva account...i've already checked to make sure that my password has not been changed...if this makes a difference-my login name AND password are different on my reg. auctiva than here..thank goodness i didn't listen to the recommendation to keep them the same or i probably wouldn't be able to get into here to see if i could get some help... i am the most extreme newbie you could probably find...i panic when a site tells me i have to turn on my cookies...i tried talking real sweet to them, but that didn't work..LOL...sorry i am trying to keep my sense of humor about this...but i spent the last two days getting all my ducks in a row for my new auctions and now can't get in to list them...and i can't tell if i have auctiva checkout enabled either. thank you for your help, cinderella
ok answering my own post again---i guess auctiva fixed the problem i can now login..so whoever you are out there that fixed my problem,XOXOXO thank you, cinderella
