A while back I changed the email address under my Auctiva account - however, I just noticed tonight that the Checkout system is still sending emails to the customers with a "from" address that was the test email address I used when I first signed up - This "test" address is attached to a domain that if someone were to think to plug it into a browser and pull it up, they would find a rather un-businesslike blog site. Obviously this would not be good - How do I get the checkout system to use the correct email address, considering it's already been updated under my auctiva account?
Hmmm... just noticed this morning that although I changed the email address in my account my Ebay token was still showing the old address - updated this morning, and now the token is showing the correct address... hopefully that will fix things...
