Hope this is the right forum for this sort of thing.

I don’t use Auctiva Checkout, but as far as I can tell the received payment and shipping icons update ok, but feedback never does!

In case I have just plain got it wrong – I tend to update the shipping info and do my feedback through eBay, and I am expecting Auctiva to be updated with that info.

Any idea why things aren’t working?
