Hi. I've been selling stuff for a while now but my Auctiva store is new and I have no idea about stores really.
But my main question is this. Can you have buyers put your store name on Money Orders? And will a bank cash this? Do you need anything special to get a bank to cash them? Because its not like I have an ID with my store name on it.
Please help.

Unless you have a bank that knows you very well, I highly doubt you'll be able to cash this. I've gotten similar checks (and have since stopped accepting them) but I just signed and deposited rather than cash it and things went ok.
Actually, your buyer isn't the brightest bulb, checks should always be made out to the person's name. When they choose 'check' with the pay now button, your name should come up...unless the information they're seeing is your store name...in which case you'll have to change some preferences.
You can always send it back and ask for a corrected one.
