Hi, I have a buyer who wants insurance but when I go to Sales, View all, three of four auctions for that date show up but the one that wants insurance does not show up. The title of the auction is Warhol Basquiat Tony Shafrazi 1985 Poster Halsband RARE on ebay and it closed on the 8th but still does not show in my Sales folder. How can I give him an insurance quote when I can't get the insurance from Auctiva? N
