My customer was trying to pay through Auctiva checkout-- originally had two issues- insurance was coming out higher in auctiva (reset my insurance to charge 0 extra- resulted in lower insurance payment than my auction showed!) and...

He notified me that his other problem was that he couldn't use his ebay 10% discount when using auctiva checkout! (I actually don't know anything about the 10%-- 'cept it ends today- and I've got one on each of my own ebay ID's- but haven't looked into using them)!!

Are the issues with Auctiva checkout, as he so DSR diapprovingly noted, or is he mistaken and its an Ebay thing??- (he's buying Lab equipment- don't know if Ebay limits it to certain categories??)
