My last auctions I had a flat rate for shipping. $2.25 first class. I noticed that when using the flat rate postage, insurance is shown as 'not offered' how can this be changed ?? If I send an invoice to the buyer I change it then, but if the buyer does an instant payment insurane is 'not offered' in the paypal invoice. Anyone have an answer?? or never offer flat rate shipping ??
