I just found out that some of my listings had the wrong email address for my paypal account. I have no clue how this happened because I never changed it. I have corrected it in the profile and on all my saved listings. My question is if someone makes a purchase from my store now will they get the correct paypal payment address or do I have to end and relist all those listings.

That address should only be a problem if you are the buyer. They might send to the wrong address. I've done that myself. If they are mailing payment to you directly, they would use the address they got through checkout - either from Auctiva or Ebay. My fear would be that someone hacked your account. If everything seems ok, I would still suggest changing your password to be on the safe side.
