Yes, you can post "Second Chance Offer" listings through Auctiva. Once you have selected either "Fixed Price" or "Store Item" as your sale type, there will be a box under the "Buy It Now" field that reads "Accept Offers from Buyers". Just check this box to indicate that you are willing to consider offers from buyers.
hiya, sorry for the confusion but I was talking about the finished auction ones. When my auction has finished, they are sold to the highest bidders but I can also send second chance offer to the second bidders, 3rd bidders etc. It's different from 'accept offer'from buyers auctions. Can I manage that using auctiva? thank you
