If I have an Auctiva account, and I changed my eBay id, and changed my paypal account on ebay to reference a different paypal account, but never came back here and asked for a new token or set off the Auctiva checkout....the items I listed via eBay Turbo Lister to my store, when their being purchased are being paid to my 'old' paypal account and not the new one.
Is this becuase when I listed them, I still had an Auctivia account and first didn't ask for a new token nor turned the Auctiva checkout off after I changed everything on eBay?
and, how can I get my listings to go to the proper paypal account? What I have done since is asked for a new token and turned off Auctiva checkout.
The items that you listed through Turbo Lister will use eBay Checkout, so this actually has nothing to do with Auctiva Checkout. The reason that these payments are going to your old Paypal address is because, when you created these listings, you entered that email address in the "Paypal Notification Will Go To:" field in the chekcout section.
To correct this problem in your current listings, you will need to edit the "Paypal Notification Will Go To:" field of each of these items using eBay's "Revise your Item" form.
