The way to check on insurance transactions is to go to your Auctiva Homepage and click on My Account > Auctiva Shipping Insurance Settings > View Transactions
In this window you will see date it was purchased, how much it cost 'YOU' (your cost), and the eBay item number.
Now if you want to send the insurance summary to your customer (which I do all the time), click on your tab that says Sales > Transactions
Here you will see on the right side three links:
Checkout Details
Add or View Insurance
Email Buyer
If someone bought insurance it will say 'View' insurance.
Click on View Insurance to get to new window
Now in this screen you can print a copy for your records if you want and at the very bottom you can 'SEND MAIL' to your customer with their insurance summary.
Now if the customer wants insurace but didn't use Auctiva's checkout, then you can buy insurance manually and it will have the same effect.
