Couple of things. 1st - eBay will charge you based on what it thinks you sold it for. If that isn't an issue, you should just adjust the invoice before they pay. What I do is use the adjustment line at the bottom of the invoice and enter a negative amount. That adjusts the invoice to your agreed upon amounts but doesn't reduce ebays fees. 2nd - If the ebay fees will be significant put a new listing out and direct your customer there to buy it.
