Hey,

Two questions, please:

1.) How do I set it up so that insurance is automatically included every time someone wins an auction?

2.) I would like to add insurance to an item that has sold but can't figure out how. Can someone please help me with this?

Thanks!

Hi,

If you are using Auctiva Checkout, the Insurance is automatically purchased for any transaction in which Insurance was required or optioned by the Buyer (as set in your Listing). If you are using eBay Checkout, go to your Auctiva account settings for Insurance and enable "Auto-Purchase Insurance" for same.

You can purchase Insurance for any Transaction from the Auctiva Sales tab, Transactions page, "Add Insurance" link at right on each transaction.
