Just a quick question, what is the difference between the declared value section of paypal when you create a shipping label and insuring a package? I thought that these are the same thing. Anyway, was just curious, also, I know UPS offers insurance up to 100 dollars for free, but if I'm using USPS or have an item in excess of 100 dollars how do I go about insuring it within paypal?
