Hi Joanna, It can typically take a while for closed listings to show uop on your transactions page. If you wish to purchase insurance for an item that is yet to be imported to your transactions page, just file a support case using the appropriate link on our help page... http://www.auctiva.com/free_auction_software_help/help.aspxJust include the item # along with a statement requesting that insurance be applied and we'll add it from our end. Since you aren't using Auctiva checkout, the only way to purchase Auctiva Shipping Insurance is by clicking the "Purchase Insurance" link next to the item on your Sales(tab) -> Transactions page. Once you have purchased Auctiva Shipping Insurance, it will be reflected in your balance displayed at Auctiva -> My Account(tab) -> Auctiva Shipping Insurance Settings. To make a payment toward your balance, just click the "Click here to add funds to your account" link on that page. -Mike
