If a buyer of multiple items does not check out but pays, I can't find a way to combine all the items into a single insurance policy number--or am I missing something?

Hi Reb, I have the same situation right now. I have shipped his items but am waiting on someone to answer your question so I can add insurance to his items. He only paid one fee so I desperately need to combine them.

Someone please help us soon before my time runs out to add insurance.

Well, if Auctiva staff is reading this, pay attention. Auctiva (and sellers) is losing money/business because of this oversight. Since I'm not able to combine these items because a buyer paid but didn't checkout, rather than hassle the buyer (or myself by jumping through Support) to resolve this issue, I just go ahead and buy USPS insurance.

Auctiva should make this readily available.

I ship from the US, but I list in both US and UK. Is there a way to add insurance to UK listings being shipped from USA? Can't add USPS insurance because you can't get it with Intl. 1st class.

Also agree, wish there was a way to combine even if buyer didn't use checkout.
