My preference is set to not use Auctiva checkout yet my buyers are still able to use it. I have had 3 that do not want to use Auctiva checkout. Please advise as so how to shut off the Auctiva checkout permanently and use ebays checkout.

Hi Katcherr -

To disable, Auctiva Checkout click on the My Accounts tab and look for the 'Settings' link on the page. Under 'Account Preferences' there is a box checked for 'Use Auctiva Checkout services'. The box is automatically checked 'yes' so just go in and uncheck it. Make sure to click the 'Update Account Preferences' button before you leave the page.

katcherr - just to make sure you know, any active listings launched while checkout was enabled will continue to use auctiva checkout, even after you disable auctiva checkout.
