I bought insurance after the buyer had already paid. Auctiva sent him a receipt, but no invoice. How do I bill him so he pays for the insurance?

You normally don't send a separate invoice for Insurance. Insurance is usually included on the listing as optional or already included in the S&H amount.

Are you sure it wasn't already paid by the buyer at checkout? Are you using Auctiva or eBay checkout?
