If I have the "Buyers can edit total" setting in Auctiva turned off, do my buyers still have access to the "Additional seller charges/discounts" feature in PayPal that they would with normal eBay checkout?
I am wondering because I am posting some items for which I want a customer to be able to pay to have me frame the item before mailing it. What's the best way to do this?
