When an auction ends, am I supposed to SEND INVOICE/REQUEST PAYMENT or does Acutiva do that? The amount I send in invoice is different that AUCTIVA's for some reason, The handling hacrges and tax isn't coming through. It doesn't seem to be picking up the ebay preferences in those departments.

So should I send an invoice or does Auctiva do that for me? Have had 4 sales like this and it is a burise onthe reputation for the buyer to get two differenct invoices.

ALSO, I refunded in full on an underpaid item, but Aucitva does not allow me to mark it unpaid or refunded.
