None of my buyer are able to check out from eBay. There common experience is that after clicking on Continue is just hangs (blank page).
In fact this was reported by my buyer first on Monday morning. Since then it is apedamic.

Please share your experience.

Can other community member take time to replay this thread, as auctiva customer service responds after 8 hours and simply no solution for a week now.

I just got an email from a customer who can't check out on one item, though they bought another item and completed checkout on that one.

My business had shutdown due to this problem for 10 days now and Auctiva customer service blames on some server problem.
Just wonder, so may Auctiva stores are out there and why it is a problem with my items only? And if other Auctiva stores has this problem, wh aren't any body raise the voice here?
